I've recently retired after 43 years in teaching. For the last 25 years, I worked in Gateshead schools supporting equality and diversity and teaching about Judaism and Jewish culture.
I've delivered lessons and assemblies all the way from Reception up to Year 13 - as well as training student teachers across the North East.
I've carried out staff and governor training and advised school leaders on policy development.
I've been a member of my local SACRE and led the development of the RE Agreed Syllabus and I've sat on multi-agency working groups addressing hate crime.
